Welcome to Eve Flowers (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made at our physical stores, through our online store, or via messaging/social media platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders

Orders may be placed in-store, online, or via WhatsApp/Instagram.

All orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we may offer a suitable replacement of equal or higher value at no extra cost, unless you request otherwise.

Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice or confirmation message.

2. Payments

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase (in-store) or before delivery (online/social media orders).

We accept no cash, only credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved online payment methods.

Prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinars.

3. Delivery

We offer delivery services within same and next day.

Standard delivery times are within 3 hours/days subject to seasonal demand.

Payment Processors: to securely process your transactions.

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any delays.

4. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Refunds & Returns: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns once delivery has been completed.

Damaged/Defective Products: If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, you must notify us within 30 minutes of receipt with photos. We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations:

Orders cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery may be refunded in full.

Orders cancelled within 4 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value.

Once preparation or delivery has started, cancellations are not possible.

5. Substitutions

Flower availability may vary due to seasonality. We reserve the right to substitute flowers, packaging, or accessories of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of your order.

6. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, vouchers, and discounts are valid only within the stated time frame and conditions.

Only one promotional code may be applied per order, unless otherwise stated.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Use of Website & Social Media

All content, images, and designs on our website, Instagram, and other platforms are the intellectual property of Eve Flowers and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written consent.

You agree not to misuse our website or communication platforms, including attempting fraudulent orders or unauthorized access.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses or absence of the recipient.

Allergic reactions to flowers or plants.

Delays due to force majeure events (e.g., weather, traffic, strikes, unforeseen circumstances).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Customer Data & Privacy

We collect and use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you consent to such use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
